Saadiyat Island is TDIC’s flagship development project. In regards to its infrastructure, Saadiyat’s entire project was planned and created around an environmentally sensitive philosophy and low-density master plan. Powered by one grid station and six primary sub-stations, the island’s three cooling plants serve the museums and hotels while potable water is provided through a central storage facility, with waste water treated by two plants and used for irrigation purposes


Additionally, the island will be well-connected with 12 kilometres (km) of highways, 10 km of light rail network and three inter-island bridges. A state-of-the-art communication network will ensure that residents and visitors to Saadiyat will remain connected, whether by telephone or via the internet. Saadiyat is conveniently located five minutes away from downtown Abu Dhabi, 20 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport and one hour from Dubai through two major highway bridges that links it with the mainland

As more and more developments on the island are being released, its diverse portfolio is making it a destination of choice for both residents within the UAE as well as those from around the region and world.

The St. Regis, Saadiyat Island Resort, one of the luxurious hotel in Abu Dhabi , flanks the 72-par, championship standard Saadiyat Beach Golf Course.  The hotel have 377 luxurious guest rooms and suites, all with balconies and either Gulf or golf course views

Operations and Admission Fees:

Open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m

Basic entrance fee of AED 25 per adult and AED 15 per child over six years old. An annual membership fee of AED 500 per adult and AED 1,000 per family

Daily access fee inclusive of sun-lounging facilities is AED 50 per Adult/Child on weekdays and AED 75 on weekends. A six-month membership fee is AED 1,500 and an annual membership fee is AED 2,500
